Hello! I have the same issue but I think note 161516 is valid for WindowsNT. Or I'm wrong?!?!

You can read note 161516, to see more about that.
Echa un vistazo a la nota 161516.
If you are a Novell user, we are using NDPS printer to put all the
prints from SAP in an spool queue and reading theese files from a PC
batch process. It's very easy to configure in SAP and Novell.
