STARTSAP results in all failed WPs (DEV system)
This is a problem update, for anyone else who might run into thisproblem after installing recommended PTFs for V5R1.
My temporary solution to this problem is to remove PTF SI07898 and
all its dependent PTFs (11 in all). Since that, all is well with the
SAP systems on that box. I have opened a PMR with IBM regarding this,
and will repost if and when a final answer is forthcoming. I don't
know if this situation is unique to my system, but I could not find
anything specific from SAP or IBM that identified the symptom
exactly. I only guessed correctly.
