Hi Kevin,I'm pretty sure, that the RSTLIB worked wrong and restored the old
SYStem-catalogs.
Have a look at note 66985.

Hi All, after having refreshed our DRP system with a copy of the Production
database DB02 reports many tables that are missing in the database. When
checked at operating system level they are there. I haven't done this for a
while but on previous occasions it's worked fine. Have I missed something?
Any ideas?
