Yes - the IXOS-ECON server is run on Intel. From the servers disk the data
are written on DVD from Plasmon.

We will also be using IXOS for archiving, probably in the next 2 to 6
months. I also used it at my last employer (not iSeries). Are you
running the IXOS piece on an Intel platform?
