Hi Desmond,
How do you try this, with SAPACR or upload from frontend ?
Could be that the download file of the Note Assitant be corrupted.
So perhaps you download it again.
Or try to use SAPCAR and then load the file from the application server.

Hi, group.
I am trying to install the Notes Assistant to our 4.6C system. We have just
recently upgraded from a 3.1i system to 4.6C and have included all the
support packages (up to 45). I have applied the latest SPAM/SAINT patch and
have the latest R3TRANS and TP patches applied.
When I get to the DISASSEMBLE phase of installing the Assistant, though, it
fails with the message CANNOT_CREATE_COFILE. I have found an OSS note that
deals with this error, but the solution is to download the latest TP,
R3TRANS and SPAM patches, which I had already done.
Does anyone have a suggestion please?
