Critical System Errors
Hi Christine,I have had this happen a few times with the application servers. I was
never able to determine the cause and ended up stopping and restarting the
R/3 instance. Something I don't like doing during a normal production day
but the app server was pretty much useless and had to be brought back online
immediately. I suspect something got overwritten and the restart reset
everything.

Hi All,
We have all of a sudden started receiving ABAP short dumps of SYSTEM CORE
DUMPED. If I page down through the dump via ST22, it gives me a message of
MAIN MEMORY DESTROYED. What do I need to do to resolve and what is causing
this? We only started receiving them at 13:26 EST. There were 3 long
running jobs that were actively running, one of which timed out after 2400
seconds.
