Hi Rupert,

I didn't check, but I'm pretty sure, that is is the field BCDA1 in
USR02 that needs to be old enough (or 99991231 if you don't want to
change the system passwords at all - another trick !).

In order to have a check at all, you have to set the following
profile parameter:
login/password_expiration_time
(in days)

If you didn't setup this by now, it should be sufficient to change it
from 0 to 30, 60 or 90 and more or less allusers will have to change
their passwords because the current one is too old.
