Upgrade to Kernel 1684 need SI06596 and SF99501
Hello "sufferer",SI06596 refers to product option 13 of OS/400 (System Openness
Includes ). If this option is not installed you will receive an error
message when installing the kernel patch. Use Answer "I" to ignore
(we did so), or install option 13.
SF99501 is the order number for the latest DB2 Group PTF. The marker
PTF is SI10285 for fix pack 13. Please check if SI10285 is applied on
your system. If not, order and apply SF99501 on CD/ DVD before
installing the kernel patch.
Always check Info APAR II12833 before kernel patch activities.
