Wrong of me. CHGR3SYSLE is in the system in several libraries. The problem
is something else. Do you have any suggestion?

Hi Peer,

CHGR3SYSLE needs to be in the kernel. I would suggest, to get is from
another box. Otherwise we could mail it to you.
