Problem in BW Data Upload
Dear Basis Gurus,We are using BW 620, with kernel patch 1027, and currently encountered a
problem in Data Upload. The process return failed with runtime error
"UNCAUGHT_EXCEPTION", exception 'CX_RSR_X_MESSAGE'. In the shortdump
explanation, it said that exception 'CX_RSR_X_MESSAGE' was raised but was not
caught at any stage in the call hierarchy.
I was looking from system log (SM21) and it seems before the dump occured,
there was a problem when tried to connect to database. Here is the log :
Database error 9998 at CON
Qxda interface: Exception CPE3025 occured: Exception message
When clicked at database error 9998 at CON, it said that after the attempt to
call a database operation, the database system has returned the error code
specified in the message, which indicates that the operation concerned could not
be executed successfully.
I tried to search from OSS Note and found Note 576371, but not really sure
whether this note applicable to the problem or not.
Is there anyone ever experienced this kind of problem ?
