Make sure your home users have the SAPLPD component of SAPGUI installed
then set up a printer in transaction SPAD using method F
(most sites by convention call this printer LOCL but there's no requirement
to use that name). Tell the users to use that new printer to print at home,
it will send the printouts to their Windows default printer.
