Change the ff. parameters
DIR_EPS_ROOT /usr/sap/trans_crm/EPS
DIR_TRANS /usr/sap/trans_crm

Thx.
I changed the /usr/sap/trans link to the crm transport dir during the
kernel patching time.
This works.

But this can´t be the solution.
