Relocating SAP system
Hi Martin,10 months ago, I did a migration from 730 to 825. I did a copy of the whole
system with GO SAVE option 21, and restore with GO RESTORE option 21. First
I upgraded to V5R2 in 730. Of course the AS400 system name, and SAP system
was same. Now I do not remember any very important problem.

Hi gang,
We have to relocating our PRD system (4.6C) from AS/400 box 720 to a
brand new 825 box (V5R2M0).
Is it the only possibility to make a homogen system copy (R3setup)
with the same SAP sid or shall I restore the whole database (restore
with 21 option) and than make some adjustment. (Network attribute, )
Are there anyone, who made this unsupported type of system copy?
What should I do ?
