Hi Martin,

the best is, if you can, don't change any thing.
Leave the SID. The IP-adress, hostanme, system - name . Then you only have
to get a new license key from SAP for the new hardware.

Hi Ed, hi Thomas,

Thanks for your help.

My opinion is the same like you. The most confortable way to move
the whole SAP system : go save/restore with 21 option.

My only question is the post-restoring steps.
