Relocating SAP system
Hi Martin,A few things to check after the system is restored.
Journal. The SAP journal may create a new receiver in the data library
because the receiver library may not restore first. To fix it, create
a new receiver in the receiver library then do change journal and name
the new journal receiver.
Symbolic links. I referred to note 109835 when I found that my links
were ?broken?.
Review note 46063 for possible authorization problems, but if your
system was not set up exactly as this note assumes then you can
create problems if you make changes that do not match the original
system.
And finally, check that the SAP profiles work. We had the <SID>OFR
profile for the transport domain become disabled and that kills
transporting.
Good Luck,
Pat
