Hi Jerry,I had this problem too. You have to renew your passport.
As workaround, just click on cancel if you get the browser window with the
selection of your user id. And then signon manualy.

SAPNET & SAP Passport expired
Trying to get to support package info. It ask for my SAP id, I
enter then get a SAP Passport expired page, with only TWO links.
One asking to apply for a new passport, the other asking to delete
the old. BOTH links are a bust. Is it my session or is everyone
having this problem?
