I had this problem some weeks ago.MY real problem was that I was not allowed to delete
the certificate on my workstation due to lack of authority.
After "unlocking" me I was able to delete the old passport
and install the new one.
Unfortunately this will happen every year.

Hi Jerry,
I had this problem too. You have to renew your passport.
As workaround, just click on cancel if you get the browser window with the
selection of your user id. And then signon manualy.

SAPNET & SAP Passport expired
Trying to get to support package info. It ask for my SAP id, I
enter then get a SAP Passport expired page, with only TWO links.
One asking to apply for a new passport, the other asking to delete
the old. BOTH links are a bust. Is it my session or is everyone
having this problem?
