Hi Kent,we have used the Vision-Solution version, in the last three years. Last
year, we decidet to change our SAP-4.6c
to a ASCII-Version, and the problems, with our backupsoftware, began.
After 9 month of testing,
checking and so forth, we stoped all activity with Vision. The main
problem was the asychronous situation
of some files.
I have listen, that other customers can work with the vision software
successfully, but nobody can fix our
problem.
My impression is, that the method with independent ASPs, the best and
fastest technology for iSeries is.
