Performance on 46C

Hi Des,

unfortunately you "downgraded" your system in terms of performance
per CPU. As 4.6C needs a lot longer on the CPU, the CPU times have
increased a lot. On same hardware it is nearly factor 2 and you
downsized the hardware and therefore see slower times.

Sorry, but an 4.6C system was not designed for an S30 ...
For new SAP releases you always need newer and therefore FASTER CPUs
in order to have a useful responsetime per user even when the system
may be large enough in order to support the workload.
