Problems after kernel patch 1728 of 46D_EXT ebcdic
Hi Russ,you are totally right in general. The only point is that SAPSTART is
really more or less linked together with DW. So, you should apply
them together in future - even when your problem shouldn't happen at
all.
The other ones as tp, r3trans, r3load, lib_dbsl are not creating
MCH4431 when being updated.
