Problems after kernel patch 1728 of 46D_EXT ebcdic

Hi Volker,

I am wondering if my problem is due to the way I applied the patch.
When I first tried to apply the patch, the APYR3FIX command would not
work because it was missing the SAPCAR program. I found an OSS note
that stated I should copy the SAPCAR *PGM, SAPCAR *CMD, and CMDMAIN
*pgm from somewhere else. I copied these 3 objects from the LORKRN
library that was used when I loaded the new EXT kernel. I copied
these objects into my current kernel library and then did the
APYR3FIX utility apply the 1728 patch level.
