Hello,you could try to copy the file /usr/sap/trans/config/PRD/S651840B_00.CFG from
S651840B into /usr/sap/trans/config/PRD/s65183fb_00.CFG on s65183fb and addapt
it changing hostname S651840B to s65183fb.

Dear Group,
Subject: Production system restoration done in another machine & its not
coming up
We have the existing PRD system serial number as S651840B.
We are upgrading the DEV system which has serial number as S65183FB to
new PRD & DEV systems with LPAR.
To do this as a first step we restored the existing PRD system (V5R2)
from S651840 to S65183FB. Now when we tried to up the sap using
Startsap we get the following error.
Ownership of object QXDAFNDSJ in QTEMP type *USRSPC changed.
Unable to open file /usr/sap/trans/config/PRD/s65183fb_00.CFG. Error
code
3025.
System unable to establish a communications connection to a file server.
Could not execute MKDIR DIR('/QFileSvr.400/s651840b') DTAAUT(*EXCLUDE)
OBJAUT(*NONE).
Command MKDIR failed.
Please help to solve this issue. (Now we have put the new system name
also as PRD).
