Upgrade from 4.6B to 4.7 Enterprise

We have just now completed the technical upgrade of our 4.6B development
system to release 4.7 Enterprise.



It was definitely not the shortest running upgrade (primarily due to the
amount of support packages), but looking at the amount of errors - it was
the best running upgrade ever.
