Work processes are switching to PRIV mode
Hi all,Last Sunday we have upgraded our production machine's OS from V5R1 to
V5R2.
Now, after some time, some work processes (Dialog) go into the PRIV mode
and stays until user change the screen. Because these WP's occupied, other
users having long waiting times.
Hitratio of the Extended memory is over 90 %.
Note 371029 didn't help.
Machine is 830. 8GB memory.
SAP 4.6B, kernel 46D, Patch number: 1289
Total 38 WPs. 18 of them DIA.
Does anyone have any idea how to solve this?
