Work processes are switching to PRIV mode
Hi Volker,I wouldn't bet with you about SAP related issues!
Note is correct. After decreasing parameter PRIV mode disappeared.

Next weekend we are going to upgrade SAP to 46C. Prepare is already
running.

Hi,
first of all this problem has NOTHING to do with your OS upgrade.
Second:
Note 371029 solves this issue!!!
As you are describing, that the EM is still used with 90% and more,
PRIV mode is totally normal as you describe ít.
Therefore this note describes how you can increase this parameter
em/initial_size_MB more or less as high as you like.
I woud bet, that you are having it at 8192 or even lower. This will
then cause this issue in your environment ...
