CRM 4.0 and Web Dynpro
Hi All,We are preparing to implement the Customer Interaction Center (CIC) of CRM
4.0 and have become aware of the Web Dynpro. Can anyone point me to a
resource that identifies the requirements and infrastructure for the Web
Dynpro? We don't think the portal is a requirement, but are not 100% sure.
It appears that Web Dynpro is provided with and runs on WAS 6.30. Does this
imply that it will run on OS/400 today? If anyone is running the Web Dynpro
with CRM 4.0 on OS/400 I would like to hear your experience.
