Export/Migration - CDCLS export takes long time
We are migrating off the AS400 to a Windows platform. The AS400database is in EBCDIC. The export of the CDCLS table has been running
for about 16 hours. All other tables have been exported and were
completed in a reasonable amount of time. Does anyone have any ideas
how we can improve the performnace of the CDCLS export? Our CDCLS
export has 26 million records and is about 8gig in size. Seems rather
odd the export of just this one cluster is taking 16 hours. The
export is running, the output files are being created and growing. We
are on a 4.6C SAP system running on V5R1 of OS400.
