Archiving feedback needed
Joan,We are not archiving yet, but will probably use the SAP Content Server when
we begin our archiving project. We are currently using the Content Server
to store images attached to Sales, Delivery, and Billing documents. The SAP
Content Server may not provide all of the additional functionality that an
IXOS, Documentum, etc. solution would provide, but it has met our
requirements and the price is right. It is included with your R/3 license.

We're looking for an archiving solution for our R/3 4.6B database on
IBM iSeries. We're
defining now the possible solutions but we don't know which solutions
are most used and
what people prefers. We will need to access remote documents.
If any iSeries customer could provide us some experiences I will
appreciate so much.
