Transport export issue.
Since you can add the transport to your QAS system manually thetransport wrote to the IFS and you can add it manually to QAS then the
problem has to be the connection from the system you are releasing from
and/or the system it is going too. In both systems log on to client 000
go to STMS try to regenerate your rfc connections and reset user TMSADM.

Look in file TRBAT. This should be empty but if your transport is
still in there it would cause this problem.

After I remvoed those xxx.<SID> file, I ended the export. However, if
I release another new transport request, it gives me the same problem.

Hello Ed,
We had a similar problem before - cannot export transports. It was
fixed by deleting files /usr/sap/trans/tmp/xxx.<SID>.
You can also try to end the TP jobs and clear those 4 TPxxx files
under R3<SID>DATA library.
