Transport export issue.
Hello ED here is how we deal with these issues.TP hang issues (error 212 ) 06/09

1. rename the file of SLOG0314.PRD.LOC to SLOG0314.PRD.LOC.bak or just
remove it; also look for ALOG03xx.PRD.LOC path is WRKLNK usr/sap/trans/tmp
2. I would suggest here to make sure that all STMS sessions are closed, make
sure there is no active TP process running on the OS level in either T01,QAS and
PRD, if
there is, kill them;
3. make sure table 'TRBAT' and 'TRJOB' is empty, if not, remove the
entries there. SM30 -> Maintain -> Select -> Lowest record first (check box) ->
Edit -> Delete then do same for top record.
4. usr/sap/trans/tmp look for R or K transport number files that match your
transport number.
5. Delete 212 error log in TMS.
If all else fails try resetting PRDOFR password on LFUSESAP and LFPRDDB1 watch
upper and lower case, also check that they are not locked.

After I remvoed those xxx.<SID> file, I ended the export. However, if I release
another new transport request, it gives me the same problem. Any idea how I can
fix it up?

Hello Ed,
We had a similar problem before - cannot export transports. It was
fixed by deleting files /usr/sap/trans/tmp/xxx.<SID>.
You can also try to end the TP jobs and clear those 4 TPxxx files
under R3<SID>DATA library.
