Hi Michael,fortunately everythign is OK on your site.
You are right, the old lic pgm is now part of the OS in V5R2.
Obviously the patch is not setup properly with the linking.
As it is OK, you can normally work with everything.
But, you should open an OSS ticket, so that this becomes fixed again,
as it was fixed already in the past as I have in mind ...
