For our QAS <SID> backup; 2 days ago we starting having the same
issue - except that we do bring the <SID> down for a checkpoint.
I've been chasing thru IBM documentation and we too are not seeing
any CPI8365 in QSYSOPR.
There is not any hint of where the issue lies
Aside from an IPL to hopefully clear this - anyone else run into
this?
