Found it - the SYS* objects are built off the wrong libraryDoreen

I've been chasing a strange problem which I created.........
We manually built a brand new <SID> a few weeks ago - without going thru
an install. It has been up and running beautifully - except for 1
little detail......
Any new Z* table and/or A* pricing condition tables do not physically
get created on the O/S. The transports/imports go thru without error;
the table gets created in the Data Dictionary. It is just that the darn
thing doesn't physically exist on the O/S.
SE11 shows the object active in the DB
SE14 shows 'exists in the DB'
WRKOBJ R3<SID>DATA/Z* - the object does not exist
