Upgrade from 45B to 46C
I found out that the wrong language CD was used during this upgrade and I amgoing to reset the database and start the upgrade again.

I am upgrading 45B to 46C (with the downward compatible 46D kernel). I
got to the point where I have to run SPDD and tried to signon the
system. The signon screen
that cameup has all unreadable charaters insteade of the usual text
labels. It wont allow me to signon. I checked the table TCPDB for
codepage and I have 0120 the same as my other systems. What could cause
this problem. I appreciate your help.
