TP connect
Hi,in 4.5B the lib_dbsl is normally loaded from the environment
variable. You should check if this is set correct (wrkenvvar). It
should be set to *LIBL in 4.5B.
Then the LIB_DBSL *SRVPGM needs to be in the kernel.
