AAIR0006 - IM-FA-IA: Data Transfer from App. Req. to WBS Element

Enhancement AAIR006 makes it possible to influence the data coming from an appropriation request to a WBS element, when you create a WBS element from within an appropriation request.

Proceed as follows:

1. Create an enhancement project and include SAP Enhancement AAIR0006 as a component in this project. Use the Project Management of SAP Enhancements function (transaction CMOD).
2. From there, call the 'EXIT_SAPLAIA1_003' function module, and create Include ZXAI2U01 that is called in this function module. Program the logic you want to use for transferring the data of the appropriation request to the WBS element. The data of the appropriation request is available for this purpose in the import and table parameters of the function module.

The new WBS element is created with the values that you specify in the CS_PRPS changing parameter. To make things more simple, this parameter already contains, when the ZXAI2U01 Include is called, the values that are normally transferred to the WBS element according to the standard logic. You then only need to change the fields that you want to be handled differently than in the standard system.
