Enhancement to read and complete customer-specific fields in a manually created billing document.
The customer-specific fields that are defined using the include structures CI_ERCH for the ERCH table and CI_ERCHZ for the DBERCHZ table can be filled. It is also possible to access and change any tables and fields belonging to the billing document.
