EDMSUPBI - IS-U: Automatic Suppression of Billing/Deac. Meter Readings

You can use this enhancement to define a check, which determines whether a billing is to be suppressed. When a bill is suppressed, then no billing order is written in the database. If the billing order already exists, then it is deleted from the database.
