The function module delivers a table line for the correspondence monitor or the correspondence overview and enables you to value and display status information individually.
Example:
In the version of the correspondence monitor delivered with the system, any outstanding counterconfirmation is represented in the list by a red signal icon. A customer could, for example, set up the system so that this signal information only appears if a counterconfirmation has been open for at least 30 minutes.
