This function exit can be used to reduce the number of personnel numbers offered that have a similar infotype personal data (0002).
There is a check for similarity on a first hire that looks for similar employees and offers to create a link via infotype reference personnel number (0031). If the check should be more specific this can be implemented in this exit.
The check for similarity is implemented as a dynamical action (table T588Z) calling report RPURETG0, which eventually calls this exit.
