In the system standard delivery, a mail is sent to the person responsible for the budget-bearing funds center in the event of an overrun of the tolerance limit. This is in the customizing setting for the active availability control action "Warning with mail to the person responsible".

You can generate a list of individual mail recipients using this component if - in this availability control action - several recipients are to receive the message.

The corresponding mail recipients are gathered in table T_MAIL_RECEIVERS. This table contain the entries for all document lines processed up to that time. In the standard delivery, this is only filled with the person responsible for the budget-bearing funds center.

The following information is available for determining another or an other recipient:

  • Budgeting:
  • Application

  • Budget-bearing account assignment

  • Fiscal year

  • Posting:
  • Application

  • Budget-bearing account assignment

  • Account assignments posted to

  • Fiscal year

The fund for the budget-bearing and account assignment posted to is the same.

A new entry in the T_MAIL_RECEIVERS table must generated for each new receiver. The receiver must be entered in the field RECNAME. All other information is derived from the F_MAIL_RECEIVERS structure. Please note that you must update the C_COUNTER counter that displays the number of receivers per document line after you change the list.

The active availability control action Warning with mail to person responsible must be set in the customizing of Funds Management. See the Funds Management Government IMG under section Define Tolerances for Availability Control for more information about these settings.
