This user exit allows you to further process all transferred data before updating, according to your requirements. In particular you can update in your system the contents of the additional tables X_EXTENSION1_TAB and X_EXTENSION2_TAB transferred to the BAPI.

To use the user exit, proceed as follows:

  1. Edit the Include ZXC1AU46 and enter the relevant coding there.
  2. Create a customer project and activate it (transaction CMOD).

The following parameters and tables can be found in the Include ZXC1AU46:

  • I_KEY_DATE Passes the key date for distribution.
  • I_SENDER Specifies from which logical system the data originates.
  • I_COMPLETE_REPORT Shows whether the report was transferred completely, for example, by replicating.
  • Table entries for the report that are passed to the generated BAPI module.
With this data you can also further process the report data before it is updated by the BAPI.
  • The contents of the tables X_EXTENSION1_TAB and X_EXTENSION2_TAB (additional report data and additional information) can be processed within the user exit.
