EXIT_SAPLCLD1_002 -

This function module can be used to read the customer-specific segments. The module is called for each entry in table IDOC_DATA with a customer- specific segment name (SEGNAM).

At callup, the relevant entry from table IDCO_DATA is transmitted to the structure F_CUST_SEGMENT. If the system recognizes an inconsistency or an error in this function module, this can trigger the exception APPLICATION_ERROR. This results in termination of the IDoc processing with the status '51'. When this exception is triggered, the system must issue a message (with MESSAGE RAISING). This message is written to the application log.
