Customer-Specific Enhancement for Determining Calculation Basis
In Compensation Management, the calculation basis is used to determine amounts, when a percentual adjustment is to be performed within compensation adjustments.
You receive the following input parameters:
- _PERNR Personnel number of employee
- _CAREA Compensation area of employee
- _CPLAN Compensation type to be used with the calculation basis
- _KEYDA Start date of employee planning period
- _EFFDA Effective date of compensation adjustment
You can use the following output paramters :
- _BSDTE Key date for calculation of basic salary
- _BSSAL Basic salary for compensation adjustments
- _BSCUR Currency for _BSSAL
In addition, you can also create an exception to the standard coding:
- CUST_USER_EXIT_ERROR
This exception tells the system that an error occured determining the basic salary. In this case, no basic salary is displayed in compensation administration.
