EXIT_SAPLDG70_001 -

The function module exit EXIT_SAPLDG70_001 is used to determine individual countries and mode of transport categories (MTC) in the shipment document as an alternative to the SAP standard method. The countries and MTCs are required to determine the dangerous goods master records for the dangerous goods checks.
With the SAP standard method, legs are required to determine the countries and MTCs (here an enhancement by means of the function module exit EXIT_SAPLDG70_002 (SAP enhancement DG700001) is possible. It therefore makes sense to activate only one of the two SAP enhancements for country/MTC determination.

Example for the use of the function module exit:
For the determination of the countries and MTCs in the shipment document, the shipment route is used and not the shipment legs.
