EXIT_SAPLV54C_002 -

This function enables you to create a shipment cost item using your own rules. You can also have the system create sub-items, but have it switched to inactive. This net value and/or the tax basis of inactive sub-items are not cumulated to the net value and or tax basis of the corresponding shipment cost items.

This function should either trigger the exception SUBITEM_SHOULD_NOT_BE_CREATED (-->sub-item not created) or initialize the 'active sub-item' indicator (-->sub-item created as inactive). If the sub-item is created as active then the indicator must not be changed.
