This function is called when you save a shipment and after the transfer tables for the update to the database have been formatted (e.g. number assignment, last change made by..., time of change).
You can use this function to make changes to the transport tables.
If you want to update user-defined objects together with the transport tables, this is where you need to format them for the update.
