EXIT_SAPLVEDA_007 -

If it is not explicitly transferred in segment E1EDKA1 in field PARTN (qualified by AG), the number of the sold-to party can be determined from the IDOC context in user exit 007. If the sold-to party has not yet been determined at this stage, then the sender partner number in the control record of the IDOC is set as the sold-to party. Furthermore, when you call this user exit for the second time, you can determine the sales area, if it has not already been explicitly transferred in the IDOC and cannot be read from the customer-vendor table EDSDC.
