Application Area

Allocation Table

Use

In the SAP standard system you can assign numbers internally and externally when creating an allocation table. The allocation table number is transferred to the purchase order when the follow-on document is generated and is then copied to the deliveries when the deliveries are created (from the purchase orders).

If certain enhancements are required for external number assignment in addition to the numbers entered manually, then you can do so using the user exit 'Allocation table number'.

The enhancement can only be used for external number assignment.
