Application Area
Allocation Table
Use
The user exit 'Article selection' allows you to create one or more items in the allocation table; it provides you with a table of article numbers and (optional) the quantity to be distributed (incl. units of measure). For each article number, the system creates an allocation table item and and expands the items to include more article data (such as the merchandise category) and the default data for items that are to be created again (such as the item category, notification category, allocation strategy, ship-to party determination, and so on). Other data (such as the site group or source of supply) may have to be maintained at a later stage.
Dependencies
The user exit 'Article selection' can only be called explicitly (it is not automatic); you can only call it using the transactions 'Create allocation tables' and 'Change allocation tables'.
